Born & Raised in Concrete
I started my career in concrete since the day I was born. My granddad James(Jim) Williams Cramer had been in business for 29 years as Cramer Concrete Construction when I was first brought into this world. My dad Phillip(Phil) Dean Cramer had a dream that one day I would own Cramer Concrete. Two years after I was born my grandad decided to retire and my dad bought the company from him and called it Cramer Concrete Contractors. As far back as I can remember I was always getting up early and going to the job site with dad to work. Although at that age I probably wasn’t very much help, he had me picking up loose material, cleaning tools, or simply bringing him or his crew some water to rehydrate so they could complete the task at hand without much delay. When I got old enough to go to school I would only work on days we had a break, in the the summer, or on Saturday. Never did we work on Sunday. Dad wouldn’t allow it. I still did stuff around the house(chores) but not anything to do with concrete. Still today we take Sunday’s off in honor of God. Any other day you can guarantee I’m working with anything that has to do with concrete. On my off-time I am devoted to my wife, kids, & grandkids. They are my pride, joy, and support in life.
Making Dreams Come True One Pour At A Time
Being a concrete contractor/owner with a company that’s been around so long has been a blessing and an honor. I will always strive to succeed just like my father and grandfather did. I take great pride in the quality of work that I do. Also pride in seeing that my customers are very pleased with the results of their project. Each job is different just like each customer is different. My goal is try to treat every project with the upmost importance of detail to achieve a positive outcome on your concrete project. Making sure my customers are happy with the job is a top priority and a must do approach included in my work. I also perform the best practices I have learned with my experience and schooling the past 40 years.
Religion
I am a child of The Lord Almighty God Of Heaven. Jesus Christ is my Savior. Being a Christian is my top priority and always comes first in my life. From a young age I was taught to have faith and believe in God.
Family
Family is most important to me and always comes first in my life. I am married to my beautiful wife, Tamara G. Cramer, who has been the love of my life for 25 years and my partner/best friend since 2004. We have 3 children who we are so proud of in life. We have 7 grandkids who bring a lot of happiness to our home.
Cramer Concrete is the second most important to me. My grandad started this business which has distinguished forever the Cramer name and provided us with a livelihood in this world. We have been around for over 75 years serving the Bartlesville area and our reputation of being the best is known all around by many people. Quality & satisfaction are what we always try to accomplish. I have great pride in my company along with big shoes to fill which is what pushes me to excel in this business. I will always do the best I can and know how when providing a service to the public. It was the only way I was taught and is a part of the Cramer way.
We are a big family and are from all around the United States. The Cramer Family always is there to help others in life and to make God proud. Although, we have had several of our other cherished family members, who we love dearly, make there way up to heaven to be with God and Jesus. They are always remembered and missed in our hearts and mind. We thank them for all the past contributions they put forth to have us become who we are today. Their legacy puts pride and honor in our life.
